Our June Installation Convocation Speech

  Our club provides a platform for like-minded individuals to come together, share knowledge, and learn from each other.  We offered this gardener's poem in our closing remarks.

Our Mother, Earth, who art around us 

Blessed be thy name 

Thy queendom com 

Thy will be done 

In our gardens as it is everywhere 

Give us this day our daily sunshine 

And forgive us our accidental flower neglect As we forgive insects and deer that trespass against us 

But lead us not into poison ivy 

And deliver us from chickweed 

For thine is the earthly realm 

The beauty and the wonder 

For ever and ever. Amen
